Following the success of the AJAZZ AK820 Pro, AJAZZ introduces the upgraded AK820 Max HE, featuring factory-lubed magnetic switches. Unlike traditional mechanical switches, these magnetic switches offer rapid trigger capabilities, enabling ultra-fast response times. Users can activate keys immediately after pressing them once, without waiting for a full reset. The keyboard supports various key change modes, including DKS (Dynamic Key Switching), MT (Magnetic Tactile), and TGL (Trigger-Lock), enhancing its versatility.
Adjustable Actuation Point
The AK820 Max features an Adjustable Actuation Point, allowing users to customize the activation point of each key from 0.1 mm to 4 mm with 0.1 mm precision. This customization provides a tailored gaming and typing experience, accommodating various styles.
Quick Triggerย
This feature dynamically adjusts the actuation and deactivation points of keys based on the press distance. The trigger adjustable range is 0.1 mm to 4 mm for the wired version and 0.2 mm to 2.5 mm for the Tri-mode version. This capability is especially beneficial in gaming, where rapid key presses are crucial. The keyboard reactivates faster than typical mechanical switches, allowing for quicker command inputs and immediate keystroke repetition during intense gaming sessions.
Dynamic Keystrokes (DKS)
The Dynamic Keystrokes function enables each key to perform up to four actions based on the depth of the keypress. For example, a light press might execute one action, while pressing the key further could trigger another. This feature supports complex command sequences in games or productivity applications, allowing users to program up to four distinct actions per key, enhancing gameplay dynamics and control.
Mod-Tap (MT)
The Mod-Tap function optimizes key utility by assigning dual functionalities to a single key, dependent on its use. A quick tap performs one function, while holding the key down activates another. This feature is particularly beneficial in gaming and programming environments where key real estate is valuable, boosting efficiency and reaction times.

Toggle Key (TGL)
The Toggle Key feature allows any key to have dual operation modes: standard press and continuous press mode. A quick tap initiates repeated keystrokes, useful in gaming scenarios requiring repeated input. Holding the key reverts it to normal operation. This flexibility provides a strategic advantage by adapting the keyboard to different in-game situations seamlessly.
Superior Build Quality
The AK820 Max HE features a 75% layout with a multifunctional knob for volume control, customizable with the AJAZZ Driver. The Tri-mode version includes an additional 0.85-inch TFT screen displaying time, battery level, connectivity, and GIFs. The internal structure features a GASKET gasket design and a stiff aluminum plate for stability and sturdy typing feedback, ensuring precise triggering during gaming. Three layers of sound-enhancing materials (Poron foam, EVA foam, and silicone case pad) improve the typing experience and fully leverage the magnetic switches' performance.
High Polling Rate and Connectivity Options
8000Hz Wired Version: Offers an ultra-low latency 8000Hz polling rate for demanding gaming enthusiasts. 1000Hz Three-Mode Version: Features a 0.85-inch color screen, 1000Hz polling rate, and three connectivity options: wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4GHz wireless, catering to various preferences.
Hot-swappable Magnetic Switches
The hot-swappable PCB allows users to switch between different magnetic switches, such as Kailh and Gateron, ensuring a customizable keyboard to suit individual preferences.

Which countries do you ship to?
We are generally able to ship to most countries via DHL Express, and many countries via Standard Shipping. You may clarify with our team to see whether Standard Shipping is available to your country.
NOTE: For the countries of the UK and Russia, we can only do Standard Shipping. For countries and areas of Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, India Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro and Sri Lanka, to name a few, we can only do Express Shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
We have two shipping methods - Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
- Standard Shipping is free for most countries/areas.
- Express Shipping via DHL Express is 10-40USD depending on your country. If your order is over 500USD, DHL Express Shipping is freeโจ.
Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees that might be applicable for your country. Ajazz is not responsible for any form of such fees.
How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?
For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3 working days. Customized items take longer (do check in with our staff for more information). On normal non-sale days, once your parcel is shipped:
- For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and its custom procedure. The duration of transit is beyond our control. Ajazz does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider an upgrade to DHL Express or keep the waiting time in mind.
- For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.
NOTE: The shipping period might be affected due to festive seasons or other unforeseen circumstances.
What happens if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered?
First, kindly contact your local courier using the local tracking number.
โจIf your parcel were to be in transit for at least 3 months, it may have been lost in transit.
- For orders below 50USD, you may either opt for a one-time reshipment of the parcel OR a full refund. โจ
- For orders above 50USD, we only process a 50% refund of your order.
Should there be any concern about Standard Shipping, you are encouraged to opt for Express shipping instead.
Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred, if the parcel is undelivered due to any of the following situations:
- Wrong/insufficient address or phone number provided by recipient
- Recipient is unreachable when the courier company tries to contact
- Refusal to sign for the package by recipient
- Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for โno-signature deliveryโ
- Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by recipient
- Refusal to provide supporting documents for custom clearance by recipient
- Who does pay for the import tax/custom fees?
- Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel.
If the custom fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Ajazz only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.
How do I get help for my order?
For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support to claim the warranty. In your email, please choose an appropriate Subject Title, kindly include your Order Number, and state your issue clearly. Please also attach photographs/videos as โproofโ, if any. Our team aims to review your email within 3 working days.
Do I get tracking details for my order?
After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. Should you not have received the emails or face any difficulties tracking your order, please kindly contact us for support.
What shipping companies do you use?
We collaborate with 4PX, UBI, SF Express, Yun Express, BTY and DHL Express.
I really enjoyed this keyboard for the week that it worked, but unfortunately it's bricked itself and I've tried every software available on the website with no success.

Good keyboard, this is my first hall effect keyboard and I'm glad I swapped it for the mechanical one. The only complaint is that the program doesn't work with the keyboard but I was able to set it up on this site https://ajazz.driveall.cn/#/
I was excited to buy the keyboard, but unfortunately the software didnโt workโI had to use the website instead. Please consider creating one unified app for all your keyboards.
I was also surprised that Snap Tap wasnโt included, even though many keyboards in the same price range have it. I hope to see better software and features like analog switches in the future.
